All of Dale's products have been designed using Windows, and so they may not be able to be viewed on a Mac. Feel free to email us if you have or have not been able to use them on a Mac. We'd love to know.

No, we do not charge for the products being sent through the mail system. The costs are absorbed within the purchase price.  All "hard copy" orders are sent via Registered Mail.

We will replace any spiral bound book or CD damaged in transit immediately that we are notified of the problem.

 

As is common for bookshops though, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or do not like the content or style of the products.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and this is the only currency that we accept.

We endeavor to email you the digital copies within 24 hours of you placing your order.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you do not receive them within this time frame.

The spiral bound version of the book and/or CD should be mailed to you within 2 working days, at the most, of your order being made.  Given Australia Post's expectations of delivering to most capital cities within two days, your products should arrive within the week of your order unless you live in a remote area of Australia.

We do not ship to places outside of Australia and so highly recommend the electronic versions to you if you live overseas.

Yes, and we have also long supported libraries by donating Dale's books.  We have also supported bookshops and other organizations which wish to sell Dale's book by offering them at half price for bulk orders.   So, if you would like to know more about this offer, please contact us.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to say yes or no to this one as the answer will depend entirely upon your own circumstances and, the approach that your accountant takes to deductions. As always, it is probably best to check this with your accountant, but YES, these products should be tax deductible to you.
